About me

I have always had a passion for fragrance especially after having four sons. seven years ago, I started selling candles and other fragrance products via a party plan company. I absolutely loved introducing people to the love of candles and surprising regular customers with new fragrances and products.

Five years on, I decided to open my own business, Karma Conscience. And I focused on developing my own fragrances, making all candles myself and infusing them with Reiki (I am a qualified Reiki practitioner), so that they can radiate positive healing energy whilst they are burning. My candles release beautiful fragrance and illuminate a gentle warm glow that’s very calming.

Positive affirmations and vision boards are a huge part of Karma Conscience. I believe that in order for a person to change their life, the use of positive affirmations is vital because you cannot change your life without changing your thought processes, as your thoughts are so very powerful. What is a vision board? A vision board is a tool used to help clarify, concentrate and maintain focus on a specific life goal. Literally, a vision board is any sort of board on which you display images that represent whatever you want to be, do or have in your life. What’s the point of making a vision board? Simply put, we humans tend to be a very busy species and constantly bombarded by distractions. Creating and using vision boards serves several purposes, some of which include helping you to: • Identify your vision and give it clarity. • Reinforce your daily affirmations. • Keep your attention on your intentions. One of my biggest inspirations is Louise L Hayes and below is a quote from her that sums up what affirmations are perfectly:

“Affirmations are like planting seeds in the ground. First they germinate, then they sprout roots, and then they shoot up through the ground. It takes some time to go from a seed to a full-grown plant. And so it is with affirmations – it takes some time from the first declaration to the final demonstration. Be patient.” -Louise L. Hay
